No, as for the question about hot water, we feel that air-conditioning does not fit into our vision. We have designed our buildings to maximise airflow and passive cooling and use ceiling fans for when the weather gets a little warmer. As the trees on the property grow and provide more shade our buildings will get cooler. We will not be fitting air-conditioning in any of our facilities
